1. What currency are your prices listed in?

2. When will my order ship?

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Production/processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days depending on your location

  • Tracking updates: Tracking numbers are typically updated within 3–5 business days after shipping.

If you haven’t received your tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@space-seek.com.


3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied or if there’s an issue?

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on damaged or defective products.

  • You may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Returns must be shipped at your expense and include your name and order number.

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

📌 Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item hasn’t shipped yet.

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty before shipping.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it once it arrives.

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your order confirmation email.

  • If the address is incorrect, notify us within 24 hours by replying to the email or contacting support@space-seek.com.

  • We’ll do our best to correct it before shipment.
    ⚠️ Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders with incorrect addresses submitted after 24 hours.

We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. Average shipping times:

  • USA, Canada, UK, Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other regions: May vary depending on local carriers
